The Employee Relations Manager is responsible for leading a team of Employee Relations Advisors and facilitating and managing employee relations matters on behalf of the company. This position will interact with employees at all levels of the company to provide HR leadership, support and service delivery. Works with various stakeholders to take a proactive approach to minimizing and resolving employee relations issues and supporting company initiatives. Handles escalations and supports the field in operational execution of HR policies, procedures and staff support.
The Sr. Manager Market Intelligence & Finance Reporting is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting information needed to make the strategic decisions that impact many facets of the business. Important functions include qualitative data analysis of customers, competitors, and markets to identify potential market opportunities and collaborating with the business FP&A teams to incorporate this data into financial projections and strategic plans. This position will also deliver internal reporting globally and will partner to improve existing finance processes and deliverables.

The Executive Administrator provides high level confidential executive level support to multiple executives. Performs secretarial and administrative duties including planning, organizing and scheduling within established guidelines. Works under limited supervision.

The Executive Recruiter is responsible for executing the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct hire job orders for a variety of clients. Partners with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs. Analyzes hiring needs, determines best recruiting methods, creates and deploys client and role-specific recruiting strategies. Develops client accounts and generates new business through candidate and client leads, referrals and various forms of marketing. Builds and maintains a comprehensive candidate pipeline that addresses client needs. Serves as subject matter expert on market trends, target industries, and roles.

The Financial Systems Analyst relies on judgment and expertise to assure the overall successful implementation and operation of selected financial system applications in a timely manner. Performs assessments of the financial systems, designs new business and system processes, and implements system changes. Monitors the development and implementation of systems and/or major system changes, ensuring quality, efficiency, and proper integration. Provides troubleshooting support, prepares system specifications and documentation, and facilitates training for end users.
