SUMMARY: The Workforce Planning Manager will work in partnership with the Vertical Heads, to ensure that all clients orders are filled by ensuring a proactive recruitment plan is in place  that is monitored in real time. They will also focus on increasing the reemployment of our associates and developing industry vertical Center of Expertise, with strong focus on 6X6. JOB SUMMARY: The NAI-Data Engineer partners with Solution Engineer to gather, analyze and prepare client data for implementation into various Vendor Management Systems (VMS). Analyzes alphanumeric data in various formats (Excel spreadsheets, CSV files, PeopleSoft/Oracle/SAP files etc.). Identifies gaps, discrepancies, anomalies in the initial data. Works with the Solution Engineer to evaluate and configure the overall client workflow and hierarchy in a demo site to take advantage of the tool’s features for the most effective and efficient use of the application based on the client requirements.
