The Manager of Talent Curation, reporting to the Head of Talent Curation, will drive the execution of talent curation strategies that continuously transform and improve Adecco’s capabilities in maintaining a talent platform ensuring client satisfaction. This role will lead a team of Talent Curation Specialists and will be responsible for the day to day oversight of performance management and talent development related activities.
Reporting to the Manager of Talent Assessment, the Talent Assessment Specialist, is responsible for completing talent assessment related activities that identify candidates for active client orders while simultaneously building Adecco’s future talent platform. Experience with managing high volume, light industrial order fulfillment is preferred.

The Centralized Delivery Solutions (CDS) Account Manager is responsible for client ownership for large national accounts that require CDS. Manages the administration of processes and operational duties for national contracts, adhering to contractual service level agreements (SLAs) and order management. Builds strong relationships with large national account client contacts. Under direction of CDS Manager, partners with recruiting team to formulate strategies for program retention and to share best practices in order to drive client growth and revenue.
