The Executive Recruiter is responsible for executing the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct hire job orders for a variety of clients. Partners with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs. Analyzes hiring needs, determines best recruiting methods, creates and deploys client and role-specific recruiting strategies. Develops client accounts and generates new business through candidate and client leads, referrals and various forms of marketing. The HR Services HR Generalist serves as a liaison between candidates, newly hired colleagues, hiring managers, Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs), and other key stakeholders. This position owns the successful coordination of the colleague employment process to include hiring, onboarding, colleague status changes and offboarding. Provides quality services with a high degree of customer satisfaction, expertise, and timeliness consistent with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
This is a temporary assignment for 3-5 months support the HR Services team. The HR Services HR Specialist works as a member of the HR Shared services team to support the colleague hiring and onboarding processes. This position is responsible for successful completion of the colleague onboarding and data entry processes. Provides quality services with a high degree of customer satisfaction, expertise, and timeliness consistent with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This position is based in Jacksonville, FL and share time between remote and in office work.
This position is needed for a temporary 3-5 month assignment to support the payroll department.
This Colleague Payroll Specialist assignment will work on a team of payroll specialists to process payroll and maintain records in accordance with approved colleague payroll policies, procedures, and best practices. Stays abreast of federal, state, and local payroll laws, rules, and regulations. Works under general supervision.
The MRX Recruiter is accountable for the recruitment for one or more clients, with a focus on meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations as identified by Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensuring a positive and efficient experience for prospective candidates and our clients. Drives healthy requisitions, candidate flow, and relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and candidates. The Adecco Group North America Accountant II performs a variety of accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control the organization's financial resources and ensure that it complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements. Participates in development and maintenance of accounting policies and controls, fiscal controls, preparing financial reports and safeguarding the organization's assets. Individual contributor that works under limited supervision.
Network Operations Manager, Global Network Operations
The NAM/LATAM Team Leader is responsible for leading and developing a team of worldwide specialists performing Tier 3 support in an 8x5 environment with occasional weekend on-call support. This position is accountable to lead the Operations team of NAM/LATAM within Global Network Operations. This role will be expected to participate and/or lead in the resolution of high-severity outages.
• Oversee day-to-day Global Network Operations, escalations, ticketing, and communications
• Coordination of the third parties, and local resources (Service providers, On-site technicians, Local Network Engineers)
• Problem, Change, and Capacity Management.
• Schedule and direct activities to resolve issues related to Adecco Global Network infrastructure.
• Lead interaction with external partners and service providers
• Ensure that the Service Level Agreements agreed with the providers are respected.
• Continuously improve and develop systems to proactively monitor the platforms. Identify, evaluate and recommend required Global Network Operations toolsets.
• Support Changes to the production platform while following all required change procedures.
• Oversee Approvals of Global Network Operations production Changes for adherence against agreed policy and best practices
• Build workflows and procedures for the team based on an industry standard framework (ITILv3)
• Participation in Projects
• Demonstrates expertise in Networking and Security (Switch, Router, Firewall, Load balancer, Proxy, and Monitoring Tools)
• Demonstrates analytical thinking with very good problem-solving skills
• Hires, trains, mentors and develops Solution Specialists
• Lead monthly operation reviews with service providers
• Generate key reports for management including but not limited to: system availability, service level agreements, ticket resolution and customer issues.
• Participate in process development with partners and Service Provider
§ Minimum of five years’ experience in a Global Network Operations is required.
§ Strong overall IT work experience is required.
§ Strong telecom and technology knowledge
§ Experience in managing outsourcing contract, KPI’s and SLA’s preferably with telecom suppliers
§ University degree preferably in a technical subject or any comparable work experience
§ ITIL 3 certification
§ CCNA, CCNP is a plus
Occasional (up to 20%)
Any additional language is an advantage especially Spanish.
