SUMMARY:   The Senior Manager of Collections & Credit provides oversight and strategic direction for the daily collections and credit operations. Develops, implements, and enforces related policies and procedures, as well as streamlines processes.  Accountable for delinquency control and the establishment of strategies to properly close AR on client accounts. Collaborates with Billing teams to ensure account reconciliation issues are resolved timely. Collaborates with Accounting to ensure transparency with bad debt write-offs and the accurate reporting of financials and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).  Collaborates with P&L business partner (Branches, Sales, Customer Service, etc.) to enforce contractual payment terms, to negotiate discounts & payment plan post service cessation, and resolution of client-side issues. Leads a team to achieve operational goals and objectives.
