The Executive Recruiter is responsible for executing the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct hire job orders for a variety of clients. Partners with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs. Analyzes hiring needs, determines best recruiting methods, creates and deploys client and role-specific recruiting strategies. Develops client accounts and generates new business through candidate and client leads, referrals and various forms of marketing. Builds and maintains a comprehensive candidate pipeline that addresses client needs. Serves as subject matter expert on market trends, target industries, and roles.

The Adecco Program Managerjob is responsible for managing a temporary staffing program for a single client. Creates and executes fulfillment and temporary employee program strategies. Acts as the primary client liaison and ensures orders are fulfilled according to client requirements.

SUMMARY:
Under minimal supervision, performs all sales and customer service activities with assigned clients and territories to increase gross profit dollars. Introduce TAD PGS and its products to prospects with the goal of developing them into clients. Maintains and develops assigned accounts by use of sales calls.

The Recruiter III is accountable for the full life-cycle of recruitment for one or more clients, with a focus on meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations as identified by Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensuring a positive and efficient experience for prospective candidates. Typically responsible for one or more client accounts with a high volume of open requisitions that cover various roles and skillsets, as defined by the client.
