The Lead Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates to fill temporary, temporary to hire and/or direct hire job orders for a variety of moderately complex, complex and/or specialized clients. Partners with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs. Analyzes hiring needs, determines best recruiting methods, and creates/deploys client-specific and/or role-specific recruiting strategies. The Sr. Director Strategic Finance is responsible for driving all aspects of regional performance analysis, weekly forecasting, and planning for the region. Provides senior leadership with key financial operating information, initiate and enabling the company to develop short- and long-term strategic plans to grow and improve profitability. Drive and track strategic financial projects across the region, and ensure benefits are delivered timely. Organize monthly and quarterly business review, lead annual budget process for all operating and administrative units. The Counsel position provides legal guidance/support to Pontoon business in various matters, including but not limited to contracts, compliance, and general operational matters in order to reduce potential legal liabilities and to close business deals.
The Strategic Program Manager is fully accountability for the strategic, long-term evolution of the client program including the overall direction and operational management of all business activities. Through the direction of daily recruitment/fulfilment activities, measurements against established KPIs, and the development of collaborative energies.
