SUMMARY:  The HR Project Manager is a member of the HR Transformation team and its primary responsibility is to ensure that HR projects are accomplished on time, on scope and on budget, according to agreed project standards and industry best practices.  Accountable for managing multiple complex projects that vary in nature, scope, budgets and include cross-functional teams.   Defines, structures, plans, manages, and reports on assigned projects. Acts as a liaison with the project steering board in relation to project delivery matters. Ensures all project resources are allocated appropriately and focused on effective and efficient delivery. Facilitates the resolution of complex issues and roadblocks and takes a new perspective using existing solutions.  Works independently with minimal guidance. Provides coaching and mentoring for less experienced PMs. The ideal candidate will be able to operate in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a strong attention to detail, and successfully manage projects and team members remotely.

SUMMARY:  The Data Governance Lead is a member of the HR Transformation team and is responsible for being both technical and business focused with regards to Strategic Data Management. It is also responsible for providing support in designing, implementing, and managing data governance processes and best practices. This position will analyze data across multiple systems to ensure process and data integrity, as well as data quality. The Data Governance Lead performs root-cause analysis on data related system problems and recommends or executes corrective action. The Data Governance Lead identifies and implements process improvements in relation to data processes by working with business partners, data stewards, and technology partners to do so. This individual recommends ways to strengthen data integrity, quality, and availability across the enterprise.
