Mission   In this position, you will sit within the Regional HR organization of The Adecco Group, working closely alongside the Talent Centre of Expertise as well as the HR Directors,  Business Partners and Business Leads across the region and globe to prepare and guide the organisation for a large scale transformation. This transformation will revolutionize the way in which we attract, select, onboard and retain talent enabling us as a global, multi brand organisation to deliver against our Future@Work strategy.   As the Regional Head of Talent Acquisition your mission is divided into 5 key areas:   - Bringing Talent Acquisition subject matter expertise to the organisation – contributing and leading initiatives to build out our transformation roadmap whilst working collaboratively with other TA experts to develop and grow sustainable knowledge across multiple stakeholder groups. - Overseeing the full scope of recruiting activities for the region. From branding to the pre-onboarding process, this role will transform the colleague acquisition experience leveraging existing and new technologies. Managing the relationship with our strategic suppliers/internal teams, ensuring effective collaboration, performance measurement and improvement, as well as driving efficiency with a primary focus on ensuring that TA requirements are achieved for all stakeholder - Partnering with HR and business leaders to understand and solve key talent challenges within the region, applying a data-driven test-and-learn approach to address challenges. - Ensuring alignment with the global and regional priorities, this will role will Guide, co-ordinate, lead the change communication initaitves and engage resources and stakeholders across the region to ensure the timely and effective implementation of our Talent Acquisition transformation project and initiatives.   - Connecting with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure correlation and coordination with the regional HR Transformation leader across projects (e.g HRIS, job architecture, renewed competency model)– identifying and contributing on interdependent topics to ensure successful outcomes in line with the business and HR strategy.
