Overview

Summary:

 

Build and manage strategic relationships between the business stakeholders, IT and Digital (both globally and in North America) in order to assess the value and feasible delivery of the product backlog queue for front office solutions (web, CRM, ATS, candidate app, SMS, etc)

 

Work with the business stakeholders, Architecture board, and  Front Office Solutions management team to determine appropriate IT solutions/vendors according to IT standards, including security. Ensure IT solutions are harmonized across various business unit factions to streamline the catalogue.

 

Create, manage and communicate a monthly Bullhorn and Salesforce release plan; work towards building capabilities in continuous delivery models and aligned release planning. Work with the change managers to streamline the process for submitting and getting approval on changes for both project and BAU releases. Represent Front Office to the global change community to improve strategy and processes.

  • Act as the single point of contact for the backlog queue of Front Office Solutions items requested by all North America brands.
  • Be responsible for capturing high level business requirements and the benefits of the delivery of the requested functionality. Organize the backlog requirements in a tool that can be easily accessed by the business, IT solutions teams and vendors.
  • Liaise with the management team, business analysts, and developers to determine the relevant IT solution to support the business requirements.
  • Ensure, when appropriate, the implementation of the defined KPI’s and ROI measurements of the delivered solution.
  • Provide IT consultancy where needed or find the resources to do so.
  • Support the business to comply with other IT processes such as procurement and security review.
  • Work with business analysts to recommend and suggest changes in the Business Processes.
  • Hold regular status meetings with each brand representative and a larger community to share requests, delivery updates, new products, best practices and combined solutions that will benefit the group.
  • Act as the first level of coordination when the business stakeholders or internal IT team requests a review of a vendor or solution that will integrate with our core Front Office products (Bullhorn, SFDC & Sitecore)
  • Pro-actively look for existing vendor products or new vendors to help fill the gaps in Front Office functionality based on an ongoing assessment of the backlog and strategic discussion with the business on their needs
  • Periodically serve as a scrum master to assist the FAST team with their deliverables; leverage previous agile experience to reinforce the process, controls, and communication.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

 

  • 5+ Years’ experience with software application analysis and delivery, 2+ Years Staffing Industry experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Computer Science or Business, Master’s level degree preferred
  • Experience using various software development approaches (Waterfall, Incremental, Agile, etc)
  • 5 years managing simple projects, experience managing a high volume of projects preferred
  • Knowledge and experience with enterprise SaaS application development approach is preferred.
  • Strong communication (oral & written) skills to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, using appropriate media and language.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SQL & Jira
  • High-energy, creatively-driven, hard-working and an inspiring innovator.
  • Passion for quality and a desire to delight customers.
  • Ability to sift through details quickly and determine what’s important.
  • Strong and focused team player and a consensus builder.
  • Ability to explain complex, technical matters in a ‘simple’ language
  • Minimal travel required: 5 – 10%
