Build and manage strategic relationships between the business stakeholders, IT and Digital (both globally and in North America) in order to assess the value and feasible delivery of the product backlog queue for front office solutions (web, CRM, ATS, candidate app, SMS, etc)
Work with the business stakeholders, Architecture board, and Front Office Solutions management team to determine appropriate IT solutions/vendors according to IT standards, including security. Ensure IT solutions are harmonized across various business unit factions to streamline the catalogue.
Create, manage and communicate a monthly Bullhorn and Salesforce release plan; work towards building capabilities in continuous delivery models and aligned release planning. Work with the change managers to streamline the process for submitting and getting approval on changes for both project and BAU releases. Represent Front Office to the global change community to improve strategy and processes.
