Overview

SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Middle Office Regional Lead, the Vice President, Middle Office, NAM will lead and develop the Middle Office in region to foster end- to-end delivery excellence and reduce cost-to-serve

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accountable for business performance of Middle Office incl. P&L mgt., cost-to-serve minimization, and optimization of order to cash processes in geographies
  • Direct the Geo. Middle Office leads in day-to-day activities and take major people decisions including hiring and retaining Geo. Leads.
  • Maintain global processes and foster best practices sharing
  • Guide and push Geo. Middle Office Leads from region to ensure that their decisions are coherent and in line with group strategy and high performance.
  • Manage staffing to avoid performance issues in region with potential setup of team of experts deployable in case of problems.
  • Handle high severity operational issues with large clients.
  • Implement performance management through systematic deployment of operational KPIs, SLAs and monitor performance actively.
  • Maintain harmonized lines of responsibilities and globally consistent Middle Office organization and ensure effective communication within organization in region.
  • Participate in regular exchanges with Middle Office Leads from other Geographies.

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:

  • Foster a collaborative work environment within the Middle Office to ensure best use of synergies and alignment among the areas
  • Develop talent by identifying learning and development opportunities with direct reports
  • Promote organizational and professional ethical standards
  • Hire, train, and evaluate direct reports
  • Adhere to audit policy

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE & OTHER POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

  • Effectively communicate in English and Spanish
  • Proficient with Oracle, Digital, VMS, and Microsoft Suite
