The Program Director (RPO)  will take the strategic and sales lead on MRX (RPO)  solution offerings.

They will work with the Manager to ensure Recruiter process compliance and manages team operational performance. Serves as top point of program escalation resolution and proposes innovative solutions to contribute to client strategy and cost optimization. Accountable for solution oversight for one or more clients, with a focus on meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations as identified by Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensuring a positive and efficient experience for clients and prospective candidates



  • Established client deliverables and delivery strategy for MRX programs
  • Responsible for interfacing with clients from sales launch through implementation
  • Conducts client satisfaction meetings and QBRs
  • Ensures recruiting practices that are in compliance with Adecco code of conduct and client contractual obligations.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.



Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field with a minimum of three to five years of leadership experience in a staffing managed service program as well as two years recruiting experience in the professional recruiting space, preferable accounting and finance.



  • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to sell and communicate to C suite clients.
  • Ability to set strategies and collaborate with global partners
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Knowledge of and the ability to interpret and apply industry trends, including within outsourcing and procurement.
  • Knowledge of social platforms utilized in recruiting and sales
  • Ability to effectively and simultaneously manage multiple projects that may vary in nature and scope.
  • Ability to address client needs, delivery solutions and maintain high-level client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team oriented environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
