Overview

SUMMARY:

Responsible for managing medium-to-large scale, strategic and client delivery efficiency and technology related projects from initiation through completion.  Projects may include, but are not limited to, data analysis, system implementation, client delivery data analysis.

Responsibilities

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plans, monitors and manages multiple projects from initiation through completion.
  • Acts as a liaison to multiple departments and key stakeholders to manage overall expectations.
  • Leads and/or coordinates brand data analysis, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management.
  • Accountable for compiling and developing project documents, agendas, notes, action tracking and presentation materials.
  • Assist in the development Client delivery TOM to include predicative analysis, KPIs and nationwide fill ratios.
  • Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical adoption, reliability and ROI.
  • Identifies gaps in the candidate journey from acquisition to placement and provides recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in Talent Source adoption strategy (training and engagement), ROI analysis for PRS
  • Candidate acquisition analysis , ROI measurement, job board optimization projects
  • Help with assessment of future digital products
  • Help with future strategy for digital marketplace concept
  • Aid in overarching Talent Solutions Strategic Vision with support in the following Areas:
  • Ecosystem support and advancement reporting (KPI, GP) ROI, monitoring adoption.
  • Explores all aspects of the business, looking for collaboration opportunities.
  • Evaluate the Ecosystem technology needs, such as mapping candidates and time studies
  • Define the technology roadmap, integrating global products and local tools.
  • Prioritize requests for new technology; if business value warrants, evaluate new tools through demos, etc.
  • Oversee technology pilot programs to determine KPIs (activity and financial), expected outcomes and monitor results.
  • Align stakeholders (business, finance, HR, IT, etc., as applicable)
  • Effectively communicates deliverables to business leaders and escalates concerns and roadblocks to management timely with recommended course of action.
  • Ensure change management and training programs are in place.
  • Responsible for documentation of the business value and establishes a process for monitoring adoption and tracking ROI/business impacts.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry and technology trends.
  • Establishes a governance process for the business in partnership with the Strategy Teams.
  • Fosters collaboration between verticals and markets, as well as across the Adecco ecosystem.

 

Qualifications

EDUCATION & JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field with a minimum of three (3) years of related internal project management experience; or equivalent combination of post high school education and experience.

  • Skill in preparing clear and concise documents, including, but not limited to reports, procedures, correspondences, and other written materials.
