Overview

SUMMARY:

 

The VP of Marketing, Shared Services is responsible for managing the Marketing Shared Services team, consisting of Creative, Content, Paid Search, Marketing Automation, SEO & Analytics resources. This function strategizes & executes large, cross functional projects and optimization programs.

 

The VP of Marketing Shared Services focuses on structuring and managing the delivery of complex Marketing solutions and integrated channel marketing for all Adecco Group brands.

 

Facilitate the definition, idea generation and delivery of marketing products that link to marketing strategies and integrate digital approaches and creative design. Essentially, ensure the integrated elements of marketing initiatives come together on time and meet stakeholder expectations for data integrity and product quality.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Align business objectives with marketing initiatives, working closely with the brand marketing teams and business.
  • Enforce the Marketing Agile Process by capturing metrics that contribute to the bottom line of the business. [In short: Plan, Build and Learn. Run small experiments. Customer focus].
  • Build best practices around people, processes, technology, and metrics to effectively transform objectives into measurable marketing messages.
  • Improve service quality with clients and colleagues. Ensure that client perception is hold at high work standards.
  • Ask the question for every project based on effort and impact "Should this product be built? This will involve measurement and learning and must include actionable metrics that can demonstrate cause and effect question.
  • Discover, evaluate, and maintain agency and vendor partner relationships.
  • Drive candidate attraction and client lead generation efforts that can be replicated and shared across business units.
  • Communication skills. Effectively and professionally meeting with leaders & colleagues to discuss business objectives. Present initial creative concepts and communicate functionality.
  • Clarify and communicate project objectives and success criteria to stakeholders and the team members while providing motivation, direction, and overall management to teams.
  • Participates in special projects, pilots and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience working in cross functional teams and leading by influence.
  • 5 – 7 years of management experience in an interactive environment.
  • Experience in agile marketing a plus.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

  • Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management is required.
  • Ability to create, manage, and deliver against large, interdependent strategies and plans.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Strong passion for digital media and emerging technologies with a solid understanding of trends.
  • Strong attention to detail is critical.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
