The Adia Project Management Office (PMO) Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring success of projects with strategic relevance to the business and acts as a go between for the CEO/CPO. Defines, structures, plans, manages and reports on all assigned projects. Manages projects throughout all phases, ensuring long-term success. Drives processes that will lead to business efficiencies and increase client and candidate satisfaction. Accountable for multiple projects with varying levels of complexity and deliverables that are nationwide in scope and that support the business unit.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree, ideally with focus on business or equivalent experience
Previous project management experience in a fast-paced organization
Project Management Software experience preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:
