    SUMMARY:

     

     

    The Adia Project Management Office (PMO) Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring success of projects with strategic relevance to the business and acts as a go between for the CEO/CPO. Defines, structures, plans, manages and reports on all assigned projects. Manages projects throughout all phases, ensuring long-term success. Drives processes that will lead to business efficiencies and increase client and candidate satisfaction. Accountable for multiple projects with varying levels of complexity and deliverables that are nationwide in scope and that support the business unit.

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Organize and coordinate staff functions and activities
    • Coordinate strategic business initiatives and guide to completion
    • Supervise daily operations and help oversee projects of high importance
    • Act as a main consultant to the CEO/CPO
    • Manage company calendar and ensure deadlines are being met
    • Work with and/or lead cross-functional teams
    • Be a go between for CEO/CPO
    • Assist CEO/CPO with internal communication, meeting with HR leaders and attending to staff needs, ensuring any problems are resolved
    • Keep CEO/CPO abreast on current company climate (employee wellbeing, project statuses, new proposals etc.)
    • Work with team leaders and present to CEO/CPO
    • Build strong relationships with employees and oversee their progress, noting any issues or successes
    • Help coordinate business wide procedures and work to improve existing processes for maximum clarity, efficiency and success
    • Attend executive meetings and deliver progress reports to CEO/CPO
    • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

     

    Bachelor’s degree, ideally with focus on business or equivalent experience

     

    Previous project management experience in a fast-paced organization

     

    Project Management Software experience preferred

     

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

    • Ability to successfully and simultaneously manage multiple projects that may vary in nature and scope.
    • Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple responsibilities simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines.
    • Ability to prepare and deliver ad hoc presentations to various groups of stakeholders
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
