The Employee Relations Advisor is a member of the HR Shared Service team and serves as the face of the Human Resources Department when interacting with employees, managers and clients on employee relations matters. The ER Advisor is responsible for managing employee complaints, performing investigations and providing guidance and advice on policies and other HR matters. This position will work with various stakeholders across the business in taking a proactive approach to anticipate and resolve employee relations issues.
