The VP Finance Controller is responsible for and accountable for providing timely and accurate financial analysis and leading cross functional strategic projects.
The role provides strategic direction and manages financial planning and analysis, commercial finance to include commercial pricing, field finance and sales control. Serves as a key financial and strategic partner to the business unit leadership. Responsible for developing, maintaining, and communicating reporting, analyses, and forecasting; collaborating with leadership on the development of strategic financial and budgeting plans; and designing and overseeing implementation of strategic improvement initiatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field plus a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in finance or accounting. Minimum of five (5) years of progressive finance leadership experience required. Big four or related industry experience is a plus. Willingness and ability to travel are required. Master’s Degree is preferred.
