The Client Delivery Supervisor acts as the candidate’s/associate’s employment “agent” (i.e. liaison) and point of contact through the recruiting, onboarding and assignment lifecycle. This is position must ensure satisfaction by maintaining a strong working relationship with our candidates/associates – showing appreciation for their performance and contributions, sharing their importance to our organization and reinforcing the benefits of working for Adecco. This position is also accountable to meeting performance KPI and SLA metrics to ensure excellent client delivery.
