    The Divisional Support Manager provides general and confidential administrative support for one or more members of the second tier of management e.g. SVP, VP Administration within a division. Uses judgment in decisions regarding planning, organizing and scheduling within established guidelines. Works under general supervision.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    •  Provides support and coordinates activities for the SVP and their direct reports within their division.
    • Reviews and summarizes miscellaneous reports and documents; prepares correspondence, presentations and reports as needed.
    • Manages multiple projects with minimum supervision; exercise appropriate level of judgment on the completion of the task and follows through on issues in a timely manner.
    • Handles a broad range of confidential materials including but not limited to inquiries and requests from Corporate and Field regarding compensation and other Human Resource related materials.
    • Requires comprehensive understanding and knowledge of organization practices and policies.
    • Manages and maintains SVP calendars, schedules appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries; coordinates related arrangements.

    Secondary Functions:

    • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
    • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily

    Qualifications:

    • Associate Degree or equivalent plus 1-3 years as an executive assistant or related work experience required.
    • Must be proficient in PC software packages, such as email and Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
    • Must have the ability to learn new software packages with ease.
    • Able to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally.
    • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Must have good organizational and interpersonal skills.
