    The Adecco Group Financial Analyst job is responsible for assisting in the preparation, analysis, research of weekly / monthly financial results and report on fluctuations through data mining.  Assisting in the preparation of management reports that continue to provide visibility to operating results and current trends.  Assisting in creating financial models and macros for budgeting and forecasting.  Works under general supervision.




    • Assists in the preparation, analysis, research, observations and distribution of weekly and monthly financial results comparing current actual and year-to-date performance with prior year, forecast and budgeted results. 
    • Super User of Hyperion Planning Application/ Assists in themonthly review and analysis of financial information and continued developmen of reports to assist mangement in understanding operating results and trends. 
    • Performs data mining/ data gathering and analysis if results and trends. 
    • Assisting in the development and enhancement of management reports that support  the development and deployment of short and long term plans to improve profitability and operating results.
    • Assisting in developing and enhancing budgeting and forecasting tools; including spreadsheet macros and Hyperion links. 
    • Assisting in preparing or developing ad-hoc reports.
    • Assisting with the development of analytical spreadsheets.




    • A minimum of three (3) years financial analysis experience generally required. 
    • Working knowledge of financial statements.
    •  Very strong Excel skills required.  Must also be proficient with Word and PowerPoint.
    • Strong mathematical and communication skills. 
    • Ability to interact with all levels of senior management and staff.
    • Ability to multi-task, meet multiple deadlines and work in a high pace environment.
