Under limited directions for the branches in their care, the Operations Manager performs colleague coaching/training related to compliance, quality, service delivery and effective use of tools; support operational reporting analysis. Implements approved policies and procedures to increase operating efficiency.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum three to five years experience in a company office or on-site.
Supervisory/Management experience preferred.
