The Regional Service Director will be responsible for driving service strategy and overall Client & Candidate Portfolio Management (CCPM) operating model to branches within their region. This position will manage the activities related to client retention, recruitment of associates, order fulfillment, Client and Associate satisfaction; perform colleague coaching/training related to service delivery and effective use of tools; support region with sales and operational reporting analysis. Ensures the effective training of all new hires and implement approved operating sales and service model.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborates with branch, region and division management to ensure strategies for associate recruitment are developed in consideration of market needs and trends and effectively implemented in branches. Drives recruitment efforts in the branches, ensuring that branch activities for recruiting are planned, measured and followed up.
Provides customer support for clients such as assisting with new implementations, pricing increases, improvement of service delivery, etc. Develops effective and efficient processes to ensure clients’ needs are met and their contract requirements fulfilled.
Reviews branch results of monthly CPA report (Client portfolio analysis). Works with Branch Managers and staff to create effective action plans for improvements. Coaches and train staff in action plan areas as needed and follow up to ensure action plans are implemented.
Client and Associate Satisfaction
Reviews NPS scores and other client feedback with Branch staff. Works with Branch Managers and staff to create effective action plans for improvements. Coaches and train staff in action plan areas as needed and follow up to ensure action plans are implemented.
Analyze weekly and monthly sales; sales KPIs, financial results and performance to target. With regional VP, hold monthly meetings to review individual branch performance, areas for improvement and key metrics including performance to branch target
Participate in Target List reviews alongside Regional VP.
Ensures that company policies and procedures are implemented and firmly followed at assigned profit centers. Assists with implementation of key company/enterprise projects. Works to continually increase operating efficiency.
Conducts at a minimum, one quarterly visit to each office to observe operational activities, completing a Coaching Visit Record and conducting in-person coaching. In alternating weeks, delivers remote coaching and training.
Collaborates with the branch and regional management to define and conduct sales and service related training as needed.
Participates in the training of all new Branch Managers, Account Executives and recruiters in CCPM methodology and operating systems. Plans new hire training schedules and hands-on follow-up training in skill marketing, recruiting, order fulfillment, payroll security and procedures, workers' compensation and unemployment claims control, etc.
Documents colleague training as required and offer career development plan recommendations to region and division for office colleagues.
Internal Recruitment and Culture
Reviews Great Place to Work scores with Regional VP and Branch staff. Works with Branch Managers and staff to create effective action plans for improvements. Coaches and train staff in action plan areas as needed and follow up to ensure action plans are implemented.
Assists in interviewing and screening of colleagues ensuring that every branch has a bench of sales and service potential hires.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
