    JOB SUMMARY

    This positon provides administrative and specialized support to an assigned region by supporting marketing, recruting and other initiatives designed to drive production. This position performs a wide variety of tasks as market research, sales program design and implementation, and supporting candidate recruiting.

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    1. Answer and routing incoming calls
    2. Perform market research and enters in new leads into database
    3. Schedules and completes follow-up initiatives such as mailing cards and introduction letters, as well as setting up call plans for the following week.
    4. Creates market specific whitepapers, sales sheets and bios; updates and revises materials as as needed to keep information current
    5. Work with recruiters on social media projects/training
    6. Supports the sales team with projects as necessary
    7. Partners with marketing to create marketing materials
    8. Supports candidate recruiting as necessary
    9. Provides weekly reports for managers
    10. Performs other duties as assigned

     

     

    SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:

    Participates in special projects and performs other related duties as required.

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE & OTHER POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

    1. Formal Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

    2.  Skills:

    (a)  Must be computer literate.

    (b)  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    (c)  Marketing or Sales Support experience a plus

    (d)  Excellent attention to detail.

    3.  Experience:

           (a) Six months prior office experience.

    4.  Knowledge:

           (a) Software applications.

    5.  Other:

                  (a) Must be able to handle multiple priorities.

                  (b) Must be able to meet deadlines.
