  • Overview

    SUMMARY:

     

    The Business Analyst is driving the product delivery from a business-standpoint. This includes working with stakeholders to collect, define and engineer requirements; work with senior management to ensure that they are in-line with overall strategy and roadmap, collaborate with development teams to make sure that features and updates are implemented in a timely manner and in the right quality. The Business Analyst analyzes existing features and recommends adaptations and improvements. The projects that the Business Analyst is working multiple stakeholder, including external partners that need to be managed and coordinated.

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Work closely with engineering and UX partners to work on feature details, create user stories and define requirements for all our applications.
    • Work on innovation, feature definition, deliverables planning and design of our applications and product features and translate it into concrete products and execution plans.
    • Optimize engagement, retention, customer lifetime value metrics through design and prioritization of features.
    • Support in communicating product plans, benefits and results, as appropriate, to a wide range of audiences.
    • Monitor and measure launched product features and feed insights back into the product development process.
    • Form educated beliefs, backed by data and research around how recruitment can be digitalized.
    • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements for our mobile and web applications and drive market specific product insights into execution.
    • Work closely with both sales and ops teams across the company to design and run experiments to validate the impact of these ideas.
    • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

    Bachelor’s degree, ideally with focus on business and / or operations or equivalent experience

     

     

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

    • Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to deliver under pressure
    • Strong interpersonal and motivational skills and the ability to interface with all levels of staff and management
    • Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple responsibilities simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines.
    • Ability to prepare and deliver ad hoc presentations to various groups of stakeholders
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
