The Executive Recruitment Manager is responsible for executing the full life-cycle of search and placement services for top tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct hire opportunities and talent, as well as for developing, overseeing, and leading a team of Recruiters, ensuring their success within Adecco. This includes the development of talent and client networks specific to team’s verticals and executing the operations of the team to assure profitability. Ideal candidates will have experience developing talent and client networks within specific industry and profession verticals for each team member, as well as expertly managing the placement process to successful conclusions.
