    The TAD Associate Care Advocate minimizes Associate turnover while increasing associate redeployment by building strong relationships with associates. Provides first level of communication and support to associate population. Acts as business partner to Recruitment Center staff. Works under general supervision.

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Acts as the primary point of contact for Associates, establishing rapport, providing guidance and information to start the on boarding process.
    • Verifies with Associate that all information has been completed in US Verify
    • Submits requests for background information, drug screening, Associate education, and recordings findings to authorize start dates.
    • Completes on boarding process in Smart Search and monitors system and updates with any changes.
    • Provides Associates with guidance on policy interpretation, benefits, payroll and time keeping systems 
    • Maintains Associate data in front end system by updating assignment information and changes such as: pay rates, end dates, shift changes and unemployment claims.

     

    SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:

    • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE & OTHER POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

     

    • Bachelors degree or equivalent, and one to three year related experience in service-provider environment required.
    • Excellent customer service skills required, along with the ability to multitask, set priorities, and interface with all levels of staff, management and clients.  
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
