    This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.





    Position Scope and Dimensions


    • Identify, source and screen new professionals (consultants) to broaden BioBridges’ core network and to meet the demands of the business in multiple clinical research disciplines and functional areas
    • Qualify and hire professionals by utilizing proper screening and interviewing techniques up to and including offering career advice and making material changes in resume/CV as needed
    • Stay abreast of industry trends to provide long term career guidance and map out subsequent engagements with Client Services Team geared toward long term career management
    • Work as assigned to lead client opportunities in support of their clinical programs with in depth transfer of knowledge from the Client Services Manager/Director
    • Assist in client business development activities in a support role when needed
    • Develop recruiting strategies to maximize resourcing efforts in the most cost and time-management efficient manner
    • Understand key clinical development programs and communicate with varying levels of industry professionals
    • Understand competitor strengths and weaknesses to effectively articulate BioBridges’ competitive and value advantages
    • Assume responsibility for day-to-day management of your professionals on engagements
    • Utilize social media outlets for the purpose of both searching prospective
    • Utilize database for the purpose of housing, storing, and entering contact and progress notes. Bullhorn experience is preferred but not mandatory.
    • Candidates and fulfilling client requisitions
    • Attend and participate in networking/professional/educational events to further BioBridges’ reputation and branding


    Minimum Job Requirements


    • 5+ years recruiting experience in clinical industry
    • The ability to develop and maintain key business relationships
    • Strong working knowledge of social media outlets The ability to focus on achieving daily, weekly, and long-term goals
    • Self-motivation and are highly presentable and team oriented
    • A BS/BA degree
