  • Overview

    The NPS Operations Program Manager provides strategic and administration support of Adecco’s relational and transactional Net Promoter Surveys (NPS). Develops and implements best practice strategies and business processes to increase candidate, associate and client NPS results. Communicates NPS results across all business units and works closely with leadership teams to ensure that all detractor related action items have been addressed. This position is client, associate and candidate facing.

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    • Administration of both the relational and transactional NPS surveys. 
    • Identifies the top trends in detractors for clients, associates & candidates
    • Identifies top trends for promoters to implement best practices across the organization
    • Develops actions plans to improve detractor results for clients, associates & candidates
    • Monitors field follow-up to action plans and escalates as needed
    • Audits action plans by contacting clients, associates and candidates to ensure their concerns have been addressed. 
    • Partners with all business units to increase NPS results for each area
    • Partners with corporate departments to address detractors around legal issues, payroll, billing and aging, etc. 
    • Continued development and improvements to the delivery of the transactional NPS surveys to address the moments of truth for Adecco’s clients, candidates & associates. 
    • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

     

    • Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
    • Thorough knowledge of staffing services' operating environment, including processes, standards and procedures related to recruiting, interviewing, placement, quality assurance, and financial and management reporting. 
    • Strong analytic and decision-making skills, strategic and independent thinker. 
    • Strong customer presentation skills, excellent one-on-one communication skills, and good team builder. 
    • Project and people management abilities and ability to develop process improvement strategies. 
    • Consultative selling experience. 
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
