The Recruitment Director provides strategic support to SVP of Operations and Adecco field organization, with focus on driving business vision through new recruitment strategies and increased fulfillment focus. Develops and implements best practice recruitment plans and business processes to increase productivity, improve quality, and drive strong financial results. Communicates across business units to ensure optimum fulfillment and effective communication of new recruitment tactics. Works under minimal supervision. 50% travel required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE & OTHER POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum seven years experience as a leader in a staffing services delivery, fulfillment environment or high volume recruitment environment leveraging strategic strategies to improve results.
