  • Overview

    The Recruitment Director provides strategic support to SVP of Operations and Adecco field organization, with focus on driving business vision through new recruitment strategies and increased fulfillment focus. Develops and implements best practice recruitment plans and business processes to increase productivity, improve quality, and drive strong financial results. Communicates across business units to ensure optimum fulfillment and effective communication of new recruitment tactics. Works under minimal supervision. 50% travel required.



    • Drives order fulfillment through current and new tools being brought to Adecco. 
    • Identifies productivity improvements areas and works with digital teams to identify new technology that will provide an ROI to the business. 
    • Monitors recruiting efforts to validate effectiveness and develop strategies to drive improvement in fill rates. 
    • Works with field training team to develop training initiatives to build pipelines and to drive improvement fill rates.
    • Acts as field liaison to drive internet optimization efforts with Operations, Marketing and IT.
    • Identifies gaps in field fulfillment efforts by monitoring weekly reporting.
    • Active member of project team to identify redeployment program for associates completing assignments.
    • Active member of project team to develop a program to drive utilization of Adecco current database
    • Acts as and lead participant on recruitment project to identify new ways of doing business.
    • Manage and lead a team of Cloud remote recruiters that will support fulfillment needs.
    • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.



    Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
    Minimum seven years experience as a leader in a staffing services delivery, fulfillment environment or high volume recruitment environment leveraging strategic strategies to improve results.


    • Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
    • Thorough knowledge of staffing services' operating environment, including processes, standards and procedures related to recruiting, interviewing, placement, quality assurance, and financial and management reporting. 
    • Thorough knowledge and experience in leveraging social media and internet to drive improvement in SEO.
    • Strong analytic and decision-making skills, strategic and independent thinker. 
    • Strong customer presentation skills, excellent one-on-one communication skills, and good team builder. Project and people management abilities and ability to develop process improvement strategies. Consultative selling experience. 
    • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and E-Mail applications required.
