    Manage a team of Graphic Designers that execute large, and cross functional projects. Drive the creative team to excellence in every single project no matter size or importance.

     

    The Creative Services Manager is responsible for the development and execution of creative concepts for leading-edge interactive/digital solutions. This person will be working in a creative environment with various Graphic Designers, Web Developers, and Project Managers. This person is passionate about design, and crave working with other people to solve the toughest design challenges. This person should have a proactive approach to problem solving and delivery.

     

    This position requires an employee to be able to manage and execute medium and large projects for print and online from concept to completion and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines. Translate client’s needs into creative design solutions that have a high visual impact. Direct the work of others. Work independently with minimal supervision.

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    • Responsible of the User Experience efforts

     

    • Supervise and Mentor Graphic Designers

     

    • Partner and work across diferent teams

     

    • Customer focus, increase collaboration of digital-creative, and reduced time to market

     

    • Effectively and professionally meeting with with clients, colleagues to discuss business objectives and requirements of the project

     

    • Present initial creative concepts and communicate functionality

     

    • Own the end-to-end design process, including wireframes, high-fidelity mock ups, and the implementation of such with digital producers

     

    • Effectively use metrics on visuals. Metrics help you track real user behavior. Metrics tell you which changes are most effective

     

    • Conceptualizes and designs the user experience for new products and features as well as enhance it

     

    • Integrates the creative team into a revenue marketing model

     

    • Designs, develops and creates graphics and online advertising campaigns such as websites, microsites, landing pages, banner advertisements and email campaigns to meet specific needs for all business units

     

    • Creates storyboards, paper prototypes, detailed and comprehensive wireframes, workflow schematics, and prototypes that precisely and effectively communicate the information and interaction design

     

    • Empowers use of A/B testing on marketing campaigns. Improve design based on results

     

    • Plans, analyzes and creates visual internal and external communications for the company

     

    • Manages and maintains graphic files, including center logos, photos and art, as well as sponsor logos and photos from guest artists

     

    • Provides formatting and re-design assistance for presentations

     

    • Produces print materials and provides graphic support for all business units

     

     

    SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:

     

    • Assists with special assignments from the Marketing Creative Team as requested

     

    • Constantly seeks ways to improve the quality and content of graphics

     

    • Works with team members to generate information and approvals for materials

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE & OTHER POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

    Bachelors  degree, with emphasis in graphic design required.

     

    • Minimum 5 years of experience

     

    • Experience in the graphics design field preferred

     

    • Excellent conceptual, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

     

    • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects at the same time

     

    • Superior analytical skills and expert use of Mac OSX

     

    • Knowledge of web software such as Dreamweaver, a plus

     

    • Strong conceptual thinking, understanding of business marketing strategy, and ability to rapidly produce out-of-the-box designs required

     

    • Extensive software knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Office to include Powerpoint

     

    • This is not a technical position, but knowledge of print and web technologies are essential
