The Sr Solution Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the effective delivery of solutions within North America. Collaborates with Production and Business Partner management to ensure internal client satisfaction. Identifies and understands business or client needs and requirements in order to effectively report to SDM senior management. Proposes designs and implements solutions to meet needs at a country level and ensures consistency. Supports existing local systems, owns all and assigned solutions, and ensure effective Application Life Cycle Management. Manages and reports on budgets and expenses.
EDUCATION & JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or a related field with a minimum of eight (8) years of managing the delivery of information technology solutions and leading application development initiatives; or equivalent combination of post high school education and experience. Willingness and ability to travel is required.
Previous experience working in a global organization is highly desirable.
Strong Knowledge of Payroll, HR Financials and Billing process
Experience managing large ERP systems with a preference for Peoplesof.
Knowledge of Oracle Financials Cloud preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
