The Account Manager III is responsible for leading a team that grows sales within existing client accounts across a geographic region, as well as servicing and growing sales within existing client accounts. Fosters key business relationships with existing clients. Leads the development of client-specific strategies and solutions to service accounts, increase sales and meet expectations for profitability and client satisfaction. Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provides guidance to other team members. May act in a leadership capacity in absence of management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with a minimum of five (5) years of account management or sales experience required. Combination of post-high school education and professional work experience equivalent to nine (9) years may be considered in lieu of a degree. Previous experience in the staffing and/or human resources solutions industries is highly desirable.
