    SUMMARY:

     

    The Workforce Analytics Manager is responsible for managing enterprise-wide people analytics. Equips human resources and business leaders with data driven insights to drive informed decision making.

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Analyzes large quantities of data, identifies trends, and develops executive summaries.
    • Presents data in a clear and concise manner that is easy for the audience to digest.
    • Draws conclusions based on data and understands cause and effect.  Connects the dots.
    • Coordinates and conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis of all human resources data and business data, such as financial results, productivity, costs, etc.
    • Partners with human resources and business leaders to understand patterns and identify and address trends in the organization.
    • Develops solutions to complex problems that require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovativeness.
    • Proactively shares insights and findings with partners and key stakeholders to maximize the impact on people-related decisions.
    • Partners with external research organizations; supports the development of human resource’s capabilities in the domain of workforce analytics.
    • Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in assessment and measurement methodologies, advanced statistical/data analysis, process excellence, and process/tools development.
    • Leads complex projects focused on workforce research. Supports human resource’s initiatives, projects and programs as needed with predictive analytics to recognize behavioral patterns and anticipate future results; supports human resources strategic planning and execution with forecasting and modeling.
    • Mentors less experienced workforce analysts.
    • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

     

    Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, finance or a related field with a minimum of five (5) years of related experience; or equivalent combination of post high school education and experience.

     

     

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

    • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
    • Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
    • Highly skilled in working with raw data, utilizing various tools, such as Excel, Access and statistical software tools to produce quality work products.
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
    • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with competing priorities and work independently with minimal oversight.
    • Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines.
    • Ability to demonstrate effective customer service skills.
    • Ability to utilize best practices in data/trend forecasting and modeling.
    • Strong ability to lead in preparation and presentation of analytic results, including data analysis, code preparation and review, final output review and delivery to a customer.
    • Knowledge of and the ability to apply best practices in inferential, multivariate, and descriptive statistics.
    • Knowledge of and the ability to interpret and apply best practices and standards of human resources.
    • Advanced knowledge of and ability to utilize human resources information systems (HRIS) and performance management systems and applications. Working knowledge of PeopleSoft and MicroStrategy preferred.
    • Proficient with relational database concepts, including advanced quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
