    The Pricing Analyst is responsible for all aspects of pricing for transactional small segment business, employing and utlilizing the latest techniques for price optimization, training, and governance.  Works under limited supervision.



    • Develops and enhances the price optimization model with in-house models or external pricing optimization software.
    • Develops and maintains monthly price elasticity reports and dashboards.
    • Develops and maintains business unit discount band analysis and underpriced clients reports.
    • Responsible for business unit total Revenue Management via pricing policy.
    • Creation of pricing training program as well as governance of the pricing program.
    • Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the business unit price increase program for Adecco Staffing Division.
    • Resonsible for developing/procuring suitable Configure Price Quote system.
    • Implements and provides training for any new or update policies / procedures that effect pricing. 
    • Responsible for developing creative solutions to pricing problems. 
    • Communicates pricing recommendations and strategy to Sales Force. 
    • Manages the validation and identification of inconsistencies of the final record negotiated to actual results and deliverables. 
    • Calculates the expected profitability / return on sales for both existing and new small & medium segment accounts.
    • Works with the field sales team to determine required markups, profitability and risks both locally and nationally.



    • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or data science  required.
    • Very strong Excel skills required and data mining skills.
    • Minimum of 2-4 years of industry related staffing operations experience required.
    • Must be metrics driven and results oriented and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Must be proficient with MS Access, Word and PowerPoint.
    • Must possess strong motivational and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to interact with all levels of senior management and staff is also required.
