  • Overview

     

    The CDS Senior Recruiter executes the steps of the client placement cycle and for job orders.   Acts as the escalation point for complex and specialized customers and orders while complying with company policy, employment law, and code of business conduct. Builds strong customer service and Associate relationships, delivering a high level of customer service.  Supports management, account and delivery teams to ensure Service Level Agreements and fulfillment goals are met and/or exceeded.  Provides accurate, timely, and complete daily performance reporting.   Works under minimal supervision.

    Responsibilities

    GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develops  creative  recruiting  strategies  to  attract  qualified  candidates  to  meet  customer demands.
    • Leverages experience with VMS tools to support Company in timely submission of candidates and improve order fulfillment.
    • Reviews order history of assigned accounts to determine workforce planning trends, develops and implements recruiting plans accordingly
    • Develops  a  network  of  candidates,  and  maintains  an  internal  database  of  all  qualified candidates.
    • Leverages resources to recruit the highest caliber candidates through online social networking and job boards, community involvement, professional networking, and local media resources.
    • Conducts moderately complex searches leveraging Adecco and internet tools.  Analyzes results and modifies as appropriate to meet inventory of needs. Teaches other colleagues search strategies.
    • Builds successful recruiting strategies for professional skill sets.
    • Analyzes candidates found through prescreening activities, and evaluates skills and experience to determine match to inventory needs.
    • Assesses candidate hard and soft skills through a combination of behavioral interviews and competency- based evaluations.
    • Schedules interviews for prescreened candidates prioritizing based on current branch needs.
    • Coaches associates on enhancement of skills for career development, and leverages internal training and development tools.
    • Participates in requisition meetings and conference calls to prioritize open orders and  allocation  of recruiting resources.
    • Researches and maintains awareness of market, salaries and benefits of local competitors.  Identifies staffing trends.
    • Provides consultation regarding recommended solutions and strategies to improve service delivery.
    • Coordinates and consults with RDC and Delivery Managers to better understand clients’ needs, maximize level of service, and encourages relationship building.
    • Develops candidate executive summary for resume submittal; coaches others on how to enhance summaries.
    • Facilitates interviews with candidate and customers as needed, including candidate preparation and client brief.  Conducts debrief with candidate and client following interview when necessary.
    • Extends offers of assignment including compensation.  Facilitates Adecco-specific onboarding process.
    • Maintains  and  updates  thorough,  accurate,  and  compliant  documentation  of  all  client, candidate, and temporary employee interactions via front office system and filing systems.
    • Provides associates with guidance on policy interpretation, benefits, career development, and training opportunities.
    • Establishes long-term relationships with associates while on assignment, striving for redeployment.
    • Performs associate coaching and counseling, including disciplinary actions and employee terminations.
    • Creates and executes client-specific on-boarding, orientations, presentations, documentation, screening, and testing.
    • Works with RDC to make calls and visit clients and prospects to discuss services, resolve issues, gain a better understanding of client’s environment and needs, maximize service levels, and encourage relationship building.
    • Evaluates customer and Associate satisfaction via surveys and interviews.
    • Handles first line escalation of customer and associate issues in lieu of manager.  Leverages experience to drive ideas for process improvement.
    • Assists in development of short- and long-term recruiting plans for assigned accounts.
    • Mentors and assists in training new Recruiters.  Leads and manages special projects.

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION & JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field with a minimum of three (3) years of experience recruiting for professional positions; or equivalent combination of post high school education and skill-specific recruiting experience.

     

    Adecco field or corporate experience is preferred.

    • Proficient with staffing systems and tools including relational database Applicant Tracking Systems, the Internet, job boards, and social media.
