The Director of Permanent Placement works in partnership with divisional and/or regional leadership teams within areas of responsibility to achieve company’s permanent placement, or Direct Hire (DH), goals and objectives. Provides staff with the resources needed to successfully function in their jobs, exceed customer expectations, and achieve individual as well as team goals. Develops and implements best practice recruitment strategies and business processes to increase productivity, improve quality, and drive strong financial results.
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field with a minimum of seven (7) years of direct hire staffing, including a minimum of three (3) years of supervisory/management experience. Willingness and ability to travel is required.
Previous experience managing remote employees within a matrix organization is highly desirable.
