Business Coordinator


POSITION OBJECTIVES: This position requires an employee to be able to perform, lead, and assist in all functions necessary to supporting the administrative, quality, operational, and growth initiatives and standards of the company.





  1. Credentialing Liaison
    • Keep Licensure records
    • Double check work references, work history, and credit info
    • Monitoring ends and starts for accuracy and accountability
    • Follow Company policy for employee onboarding
    • Gather and process paperwork
    • Communicate effectively with new employees about job requirements
    • Collect and distribute employee records to clients


  1. Payroll Assistance


  • Enter assignments (client and candidate side) in multiple systems
  • Set up employee payroll and direct deposit
  • Correct payroll errors



  1. Create a positive and collaborative working environment with all members of the team. 







1. Skills:

  • Familiar with PC-based systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Excellent customer service skills

2. Experience:

  • Successful in supporting and assisting in a growth oriented business

3. Other: 

  • Sense of urgency and accountability.
