The Adecco Group Manager Talent Development in concert with the HRBP’s supports and measures the effectiveness of a comprehensive talent strategy for the organization. Fosters a talent mindset; manages and supports a series of company-wide talent initiatives. Ensures that talent acquisition, talent management processes, leadership development, and succession are aligned to meet overall business priorities.

Responsibilities

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Works with the Senior Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) to support the Talent Development strategy consistently and holistically across all the entire organization.
  • Supports Talent Development processes, programs, practices and tools for all business units. 
  • Identifies and utilizes resources to help assess current and prospective talent to meet the needs of the business.
  • Identifies key roles with bench strength targets, supported by actionable development plans to ensure pipeline readiness.
  • Partners with HRBP’s to identify, recommend and track the completion of appropriate development activities for talent in the leadership pipeline, and emerging talent categories.
  • Acts as liaison between NAM and Global organizations, including the ongoing management of talent eligibility for STEP, HIPE, AIM and other development programs.
  • Provides development support including the facilitation of assessment centers.
  • Partners with TM, HRBP and CRM community to provide seamless communication and customer service.
  • Builds talent development capability amongst the broader HR team 
  • Manages the compilation of local and global Talent Review materials and data including interface with Global Talent 
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

EDUCATION & JOB REQUIREMENTS:


Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or a related field with a minimum of five (5) years of talent management experience. Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred. Willingness and ability to travel is required.

  • Knowledge of training methodologies and the ability to develop and deliver technical/operational training to various levels of employees.
  • Knowledge of and the ability to apply best practices and standards in HR.
  • Knowledge of and the ability to apply the concepts, principles, and practices of change management.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
