The HR Project Manager is responsible for supporting a wide spectrum of company-wide HR projects and programs that advance the strategic objectives of the business. Collaborates with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Talent Management, HR Operations and other areas of corporate HR and ensures effective project/program planning and execution. Serves as an expert resource to HRBPs for all applicable programs.
EDUCATION & JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or a related field with a minimum of three (3) years of related experience; or equivalent combination of post high school education and experience. Ability and willingness to travel is required.
HR and Project Management certifications are highly desirable. Previous related experience within a large (1,000+ employee), complex, multi-location company is strongly preferred.
