The Operations Manager to lay down the blueprint for Adia's local operations. This position will need to have a proactive approach and a deep understanding of the general staffing market. The Operations Manager is expected to be organized, resilient, process orientated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position should be able to manage a succession of high-volume, high-frequency projects whilst maintaining back office operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree is desirable.
Minimum 5 – 7 years experience in leading recruitment or customer service teams.
