The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for the full life-cycle of recruitment for colleagues within Adecco Staffing USA. Focuses on meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations and ensures a positive and efficient experience for prospective candidates and hiring managers. Partners with field hiring managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the business as well as deliver best class talent. Manages assigned territorial accounts, establishes professional relationships through networking and sources, interviews and successfully matches candidates to organizational profiles to fill internal requisitions.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Partners with field hiring managers to obtain an understanding of needs within an assigned territory and identifies, engages and recruits qualified candidates; builds a candidate pipeline.
  • Analyzes job requirements and qualifies candidates by utilizing active and passive recruitment methods including, but not limited to cold calling, face-to-face interviewing, web search, job advertisements and social networking according to identified qualification standards.
  • Follows-up on all internal and external leads and referrals.
  • Pre-screens, conducts reference checks and interviews candidates to ensure hiring managers’ needs and requirements are met; creates candidate profiles for consideration.
  • Enters and tracks all required candidate and requisition information in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); runs standard reports and leverages ATS to track candidate flow.
  • Maintains effective, ongoing relationships with candidates throughout the full life-cycle of recruitment.
  • Fields and resolves inquiries from candidates and hiring managers as required.
  • Continually keeps hiring managers and leadership abreast of requisition status.
  • Prepares, debriefs and coaches candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process up to the extension and acceptance of offers.
  • Establishes and maintains a network of industry contacts through participation in professional associations, trade groups and other internal colleagues; helps to build and expand the Adecco employment brand.
  • Maintains a detailed schedule of daily recruiting activities and metrics as related to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); prepares and delivers reports to management.
  • Accountable for compliance and related reporting.
  • Develops, coordinates and implements college recruiting initiatives.
  • Contributes to the management and creation of employment branding initiatives.
  • Assists with and provides feedback and recommendations on the selection of pre-hire assessment tools; establishes beneficial relationships with vendors.
  • Coordinates talent mobility across Adecco Group North America.
  • Stays abreast of leading industry, economic, local market, competitor trends and recruiting best practices and standards.
  • May assists with preparing and/or facilitating training programs.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field with a minimum of three (3) years of corporate recruiting experience; or equivalent combination of post high school education and experience.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, complex corporate, national or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) role is highly desirable.

  • Ability to understand, interpret and apply related federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations.
  • Knowledge of and the ability to apply the principles, best practices, and standards of the full life-cycle of recruiting.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Proficient with electronic recruiting resources, such as customer relationship management (CRM) tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job boards.
