Position Description:

 

The primary purpose of this position is to support the Regional Head of Security, Risk & Compliance and the Manager of IT Compliance in ensuring compliance with Adecco internal policies, standards & external regulations as well as facilitate IT audits from Internal Audit, External Audit firm and Clients. In conjunction with the Security Team, the Specialist will perform compliance assessment of Adecco RIM and Global Information Technology Policy controls and ensure timely reporting of issues and remediation actions.

Responsibilities

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

 

  • Perform compliance assessment of Adecco RIM and Global Information Technology Policy controls and ensure timely reporting of issues and remediation actions.
  • Collaborate with Management to ensure resolution of any audit points that arise from either the internal or external audit processes.
  • Act as IT Point of Contact for internal and external IT Audits.
  • Liaise with IT functions to develop and coordinate a compliance schedule tailored to the applicable regulations.
  • Prepare reports and analysis, document progress and adverse trends, make appropriate recommendations.
  • Collaborate with broad group of stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Participate in other Security & Compliance projects as required.

 

Qualifications

Requirements:

Education requirement: Bachelor’s degree

Years of experience: •Minimum of 2 years experience in an IT Audit, Governance, Risk or Compliance role.

Certifications: CISA, CISM, CISSP or similar certification (or ability to obtain within a reasonable time period).

 

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Familiarity with IT Audit, Security, Risk Management and control frameworks (COBIT, SOX, ISO 27000 series), information security related laws and regulations.
  • Control assessment, identification of mitigating controls and determination of residual risk.
  • Driving remediation efforts.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a global team and effectively manage onshore and offshore personnel and vendors
  • Ability to adapt and be highly effective in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and IT policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to 15%

 

Preferred Experience:

  • IT Audit, Governance, or Compliance experience preferred
