The Adecco Group HR Business Partner serves as the face of HR to provide strategic HR guidance to Adecco Group business leaders, with emphasis on driving talent and engagement strategies within their designated business unit(s) or division(s). Uses his/her HR expertise to ensure the execution of effective business strategies. Plans for the Human Resource needs of the future.



  • Works as a business partner or consultant, developing strong business relationships with senior management.
  • Demonstrates a thorough understanding of business needs by ensuring that strategic business decisions are made and that all Human Resources implications are considered.
  • Travels to field sites to assess talent, present new programs, deliver training, and address business needs.
  • Identifies and utilizes resources within Talent Management to assess current and prospective talent to meet the needs of the business.
  • Identifies key roles with bench strength targets, supported by actionable development plans to ensure pipeline readiness.
  • Designs and implements new programs to support the evolution of the business utilizing innovative strategies and principles of organizational development.
  • Participate in regular calls and meetings to maintain consistent communication to better drive HR initiatives and goals as they pertain to the business. 
  • Conducts ongoing needs analysis to recommend and implement initiatives and programs to meet the strategic objectives of the company from a people perspective.
  • Using conflict resolutions strategies, listens to issues, brainstorms solutions, acts decisively to propose solutions, and follows up to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Maintains confidentiality and serves as a role model that encourages others regarding Company’s values.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.


Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management or a related discipline with a minimum of seven (7) years of related human resources experience, with broad knowledge and experience in all aspects of talent development; or equivalent combination of post high school education and experience Certification as a Professional in Human Resources through SHRM or HRCI preferred.
Additional knowledge in Learning & Development, and Compensation is preferred.

  • Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Broad knowledge of and the ability to interpret and apply human resources concepts and best practices.
  • Knowledge of and the ability to interpret and apply human resources-related federal, state and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations.
  • Knowledge of and the ability to utilize human resources systems and tools, such as PeopleSoft.
  • Knowledge of and the ability to strategically align tasks and people in order to effectively achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Ability to perform accurately in a detail oriented environment.
  • Ability to function effectively with or as part of a team.
  • Ability to identify complex problems, analyze information and develop and/or recommend solutions.
  • Ability to develop, improve and/or streamline processes to meet established goals and objectives.
  • Ability to develop and implement policies, procedures, best practices, goals and objectives.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
