The Centralized Delivery Solutions (CDS) Associate Care Specialist provides support to the Service Delivery Center (SDC) ensuring operational compliance is met throughout the center.  Responsible for onboarding new temporary associates and maintaining front end systems with accurate data.  Minimizes associate turnover while increasing associate redeployment by building strong relationships with associates. Provides first level of communication and support to associate population.  Acts as business partner to Service Delivery Center (SDC) staff. 



  • Completes onboarding process including background checks, drug testing, time entry training, company required orientations, and client specific orientations for temporary associates.
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for associates, establishing rapport and providing guidance and open lines of communication.
  • Initiates associate feedback survey, reviews results, and presents relevant topics and trends to associates.
  • Proactively provides associates with client feedback and performance reviews as necessary and upon assignment completion.
  • Resolves performance issues and escalates issues as appropriate to SDC management, Human Resources, Legal, and Risk Management.
  • Provides associates with guidance on policy interpretation, benefits, career development, and training opportunities.
  • Maintains associate data in front-end systems by updating assignment information as needed (e.g., pay rates, end dates, shifts, and absences).
  • Manages associate absences.
  • Drives associate redeployment by providing recruiters with up-to-date information regarding associate availability.
  • Assists associates with workers’ compensation claims, work visas, drug and alcohol testing, and unemployment claims.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.




Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field with a minimum of one (1) year of recruitment experience is required. Equivalent combination of post-high school education and five (5) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Previous experience working within an Adecco Group North America business unit or in the staffing or human resources solutions industries is highly desirable.

  • Knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components including but not limited to sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, meeting legal/regulatory requirements, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management and due diligence.
  • Proficient with staffing systems and tools including relational database Applicant Tracking Systems, the Internet, job boards, and social media.
  • Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations.
  • Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and CM (Custom Match).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
