Develop proposals and presentations that will drive local, regional and national sales efforts for several business units under the Adecco Group portfolio. Effectively communicates through creative writing the company policies, strategic direction, and capabilities of Adecco and its business units to prospective customers. Responsible for completing multiple projects under strict deadlines. Collaborates and assists with cross-functional opportunities to support field marketing efforts, as appropriate.
Receives, researches and coordinates the collection of necessary project information from branch offices, including initial review of project documents and understanding of requirements.
Acts as a liaison between contracts department, branch office, and corporate finance and accounting representatives to cover all legal, pricing, and account information as requested in the clients’ RFP documents and requests.
Manages projects and timelines across multiple teams for all phases of the proposal process, including planning, design review and production. Ensures quality standards, company policies, methodologies and deadlines of RFP/Projects are met.
Writes customized content specifically tailored to the industry and client. Ensures content quality and accuracy of all developed documentation.
Makes recommendations to the content/research specialist regarding proposal and boilerplate content.
Identifies potential issues in the project documents and requirements, and follows up with assigned team members responsible for those task items to assist in determining strategy.
Reviews, edits, and proofs all drafts from the branches according to project timeline.
Tracks missed deadlines and follows up with branches or internal contacts as necessary to ensure the on-time delivery and completion of all responses.
Coordinates printing & delivery of proposals.
Follows up with client and/or branch to ensure that the response was successfully delivered.
Researches information about the client from the branches, Internet, and other corporate departments in order to have a better understanding of the clients needs to assist in developing a proposed value proposition.
Drives the search for references and success stories (client profiles) and assists in getting approvals through business owners.
Participates in special projects and performs other related duties as required.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE & OTHER POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Two to four years of work experience in sales support, writing, editing, communications, project management, and/or marketing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication, also editing/proofing, research and analytical skills. Advanced multi-tasking skills.
Ability to analyze and research client needs to customize boilerplate content.
Comfortable in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
Industry expertise and strong understanding of staffing solutions.
Knowledge of content management systems.
Extensive knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe.
Knowledge of the RFP process.
Minimal experience with Adobe inDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other design tools.
Process & detail oriented.
Sales and/or marketing experience is a plus.
