The Vice President Onsite is responsible for the profitable development and the achievement of the National/Onsite OGSM and shadow Onsite P&L objectives within the Division. The VP Onsite supports the business segmentation and deploys the best Onsite and Hubsite delivery model – strategies / processes / technologies - over the Division. He/she drives the Onsite and Hubsite Team, including all Onsite and Hubsite performance levers (client satisfaction, growth, compliance, and profitability) and ensures the quality of service. The VP Onsite contributes to the sales objectives of the Division and focuses on satisfactory maintenance of Onsite and Hubsite clients.  Last, the VP Onsite with report to the Divisional SVP and have a dotted line to the SVP Onsite. 

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deploy and execute the onsite strategy within the Division
  • Develop market penetration plan and drive execution with goal of rapidly increasing market share with current clients
  • Support the division in business transformation and segmentation efforts
  • Advise the migration plan from branch to Onsite or Hubsite
  • Work collaboratively with leaders to ensure roll out of any changes in policy, process and technology
  • Participate in quarterly business review with the Directors of Strategic Delivery
  • Actively participate in both the country-wide Onsite and Hubsite strategy, as lead by the SVP Onsite, and to the global Onsite and Hubsite community
  • Deliver a monthly business review to the SVP Onsites
  • Share best practices with other VPs Onsites to build internal expertise and client solutions in specific industries
  • Validate the recruitment and development of Onsite and Hubsite colleagues
  • Support the development of training and ensure all team members within the Division have received the appropriate training to deliver the best services
  • Set objectives, optimize the resources and delegate responsibilities in collaboration with RVP
  • Guide the team and design the best organization to support the segmentation process
  • Drive initiatives to improve colleague engagement, performance, retention and satisfaction (GPTW)
  • Work collaboratively with the sales teams to support the commercial development of strategic prospects and accounts (acquisition, migration, market share)
  • Monitor client & associate satisfaction survey results, develop action plans with regional leadership to increase satisfaction
  • Maintain high level relationship and serve as escalation point for strategic accounts
  • Establish and defend Onsite Division OGSMs, budgets, monthly forecasting and trends analyses
  • Oversee accuracy, consolidation & communication of business activity reporting to all levels of management
  • Analyze and validate the activity and results through various indicators (Sales, GM, HR, SG&A, ...)
  • Prepare and present a quarterly business review to the SVP Onsites or Country Practice Leader
  • Continuously look for opportunities to increase efficiency and maximize revenue & profitability
  • Ensure business profitability and efficiencies, driving productivity and results
  • Frequent travel may be required

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field plus five (5) years of management experience in a service industry working with complex business problems is required.
  • Experience in Staffing and Onsite services is preferred.
  • Experience in change management, business strategy & transformation, and process improvement.
