The Client Coordinator is responsible for requisition review, data entry and system maintenance through the use of, CM system and other front office systems as required. Assists branches in the administration of processes and operational duties for national contracts, adhering to contractual service level agreements, and order management. Works under direct supervision. Minimal travel required.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creates and maintains electronic records and fields (e.g. customer numbers, cost center numbers) in support of the requisition entry set up. 
  • Receives and reviews new requisition requests daily.
  • Enters requisitions into the CM system promptly and accurately. 
  • Validates entries to ensure accuracy. 
  • Interacts and coordinates with branch teams frequently to escalate issues and questions and receive updates on current requisition activity. 
  • Updates requisition records as directed to include changes, cancellations, status updates.
  • Maintains thorough and accurate documentation on all end user interactions.
  • Abides by standard operating procedures for the organization.
  • Monitors and manages client payroll including but not limited to ICM upload file and ensuring accuracy.  
  • Works closely with Adecco RSSC to resolve payroll errors. 
  • Manages all invoice adjustments. 
  • Performs administrative duties as needed.

 

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:

  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE & OTHER POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum one year professional office experience. Familiarity with staffing services a plus.
  • Strong data entry skills and ability to navigate multiple front office systems, knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and E-Mail applications required.
