The Regional Operations Coordinator Provides high level operational functions to support the multiple branches and lines of business of Accounting Principals primarily with Pay/Bill functions. Mentors Operations Coordinators in branches the ROC supports.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

  • Payroll
    • Liaison between branch(es), Associates, Clients and Client Services
    • Associate/Client communication to resolve PNET or KS issues
    • Responsible for ensuring Associates submit timesheets timely and clients approve timely
    • Associate Expense Report Management
    • Stop Payment Process
    • Sweeps – follow up on approvals for outstanding unapproved timesheets
    • Complete, submit and follow up on payroll adjustments
    • Direct Deposit enrollment - 80% participation goal
    • ISR
  • Billing
    • Invoice/Billing – complete, submit and follow up on billing adjustments
    • Ensure National and Adecco Account Service Summary compliance
  • Report Reconciliation
    • Daily Audit – biweekly spot checks (where applicable)
  • Train and mentor Operations Coordinators within the branches that the ROC supports.
  • Monitor compliance items and audits for the branches.
  • Provide backup support for OC’s.
  • Create and send mass communication emails to clients and candidates when necessary.

 

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:

  • Participates in special projects and performs other related duties as required

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Formal Education: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

  1. Experience:
    1. Minimum of five years working in an Operations Coordinator or Senior Operations Coordinator role within FOL.
    2. Previous Administrative Assistant/OC experience is required
    3. Staffing industry experience is desired
    4. Excellent leadership capabilities.
    5. Strong computer proficiency required. Proficient with Windows - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
    6. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
